Prior to assuming ownership of the firm, Stephanie served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of a successful healthcare consulting organization, which she later rebranded and evolved into ALTIUS. Throughout her career, she has led a wide range of high-impact engagements—from small, rural hospitals to large, complex academic medical centers—delivering transformative results tailored to each organization’s unique challenges.
